How we work together to get success for you. Coaching provides a place or structure for moving from where you are now to where you want to be.

As a coach I provide undivided attention to you, serve as your sounding board, and provide perspective, accountability, tools and strategies. You can expect: enthusiasm, directness, spontaneity, kindness and patience as needed.

I promise to listen intently and carefully to help you hear what it is that calls to you. Insights are profound and surprising.

You will achieve sustainable success by getting clear on your intentions, building your self awareness and self confidence. You will be encouraged to take actions that move you towards your passion and your goals.

Jude Grace ran her own successful consultancy business offering training in strategic planning, interpersonal skills and team building. Jude now enjoys working as a coach and mentor helping people to achieve their goals. Her quiet determination and courage have enabled her to overcome doubts, fears, health problems and financial hardship to achieve her dreams.

As a "mature student" Jude graduated from Massey University with a BA in Psychology and a Diploma in Business Studies. She developed a thriving business with a list of corporate clients and an income in the top one percent for women in New Zealand. Her achievements were recognised when she won the NZ Business Woman of the Year.

Jude believes strongly in the importance of being a mentor and giving to the community and encourages people she works with to do 'random acts of kindness'. She has been a Lifeline counsellor and has conducted many workshops in communication skills in the community and prisons. She is currently a JP and a Marriage Celebrant. Jude has two sons and lives in Auckland with her partner Kiri Warburton. He shares her belief in giving back to the community.
